North Ryde Physie is part of the Bjelke-Peterson (BJP) School of Dance and is a uniquely Australian form of dance. Physie choreography combines ballet, aerobics, gymnastics, contemporary and jazz.

A new syllabus of age-appropriate choreography that aims to develop strength, flexibility and coordination is provided by BJP every year.

Individual and team competitions are held throughout the year and whilst competitions are not compulsory, most members choose to participate and are supported by fellow club members. Competitions are a great way to gain confidence and make new friends.

 

Over the years North Ryde Physie has had many successes throughout all age sections with National Titles in both individual and team competitions.

 

North Ryde Physie promotes a great sense of club spirit,
friendship, teamwork and fun that will last a lifetime.​ Our club has over
100 members ranging from 2-70 years. We are always looking for new members
